1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 16 oz package of extra firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup Southeast Asian Sweet Chili Sauté & Dip
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup cooked sugar snap peas
1 cup pea shoots
- Heat oil in12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook tofu until golden brown on all sides (about 3 minutes each side) stirring occasionally. Stir in Sweet Chili until tofu is coated. Portion in bowls.
- In each of four serving bowls, spoon some brown rice, cooked tofu, shredded cabbage, sugar snaps and pea shoots.
