Sweet Chili Buddha Bowl

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 16 oz package of extra firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1/2 cup Southeast Asian Sweet Chili Sauté & Dip

2 cups cooked brown rice

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1 cup cooked sugar snap peas

1 cup pea shoots


  1. Heat oil in12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook tofu until golden brown on all sides (about 3 minutes each side) stirring occasionally. Stir in Sweet Chili until tofu is coated. Portion in bowls.
  2. In each of four serving bowls, spoon some brown rice, cooked tofu, shredded cabbage, sugar snaps and pea shoots.
