Marinated Grilled Pork Chops w/ Peach & Black Bean Salsa

3 ripe peaches

5 tbsp Chinese Fermented Black Bean Sauté & Marinade

4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4-inch thick

1 small red onion, diced (1/4 cup)

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tbsp lime juice

Salt & pepper


  1. Place pork chops and 4 tbsp Black Bean in a large ziploc bag, toss to coat well and marinate for up to 2 hrs in the refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator 30 mins prior to grilling. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Cut peaches in half; remove pit. Chop 2 peaches into 1-inch cubes. Set aside remaining peach halves. Place chopped peaches in medium bowl; add 1 tbsp Black Bean, red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Stir and set aside salsa.
  3. Grill pork chops for up to 6 minutes on each side depending on desired doneness. Place remaining peach halves on grill; cook for 3 minutes.
  4. To serve, place pork chops on serving platter, top pork chops with peach and black bean salsa. Garnish with grilled peach halves and cilantro sprigs.
