1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Korean Gochujang Sauté & Marinade
1 large ripe mango, diced
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1 tbsp minced jalapeno
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- Sprinkle pork tenderloin with salt. Place in glass dish. Add 1/4 cup Korean Gochujang; toss to coat on all sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat grill to high. Place pork tenderloin on grill. Grill about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until pork is cooked through (cook to 160°F).
- Meanwhile, in small bowl combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalepeno and lime juice to mix well.
- To serve, brush pork with remaining 1/4 cup One Culture sauce. Serve with Mango Salsa and steamed green beans.
