1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch-thick slices
1 medium yellow squash, cut into 1/2 inch-thick slices
1 orange or yellow bell pepper, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup Southeast Asian Sweet Chili Sauté & Dip, divided
- Soak four 12-inch wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Drain.
- On each skewer, thread shrimp, zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper and grape tomatoes. Brush with 1/4 cup Sweet Chili.
- Preheat grill or broiler to high. Place kebabs on grill or in broiler. Cook kebabs about 10 minutes, turning and basting frequently, until cooked through.
