Gochujang Shrimp Salad

Serves 4



Juice and zest of 1 lime

1½ tbsp Korean Gochujang Sauté & Marinade

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp sesame oil

½ cup olive oil


5 oz spring mix

2 carrots, shredded

2 oranges, peeled and sliced

¾ cup diced cucumber

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp


  1. To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. This will make more than enough dressing for the salad, so save the extra for next time.
  2. Heat olive oil in a medium sized skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  3. Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl, add the shrimp, and drizzle with your desired amount of dressing.
