2 tbsp peanut oil
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 yellow onion, chopped into 1” pieces
6 oz mushrooms, chopped in half
1 cup Chinese Fermented Black Bean Sauté & Marinade
2 tbsp soy sauce
8 oz noodles
For garnish: julienned cucumbers
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the 2 tbsp peanut oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until it’s about halfway done. Add the onion and mushrooms and continue to cook until pork is cooked through. Add Black Bean and soy sauce and reduce heat to low.
- Cook noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Spoon sauce over noodles in a bowl. Add as much julienned cucumbers as desired. Mix together and slurp!
