1 pound ground turkey
1/2 medium onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 large egg
1/3 cup dried Italian breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 cup Korean Gochujang Sauté & Marinade, divided
¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease large baking pan. In large bowl combine turkey, onion, garlic, egg, dried Italian breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup sauce; mix well.
- Shape meat mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Remove meatballs from oven, brush with 1/2 cup sauce. Bake 5 minutes longer.
- Serve meatballs with additional 1/4 cup sauce if desired. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
