Sweet Chili Shrimp with Baby Bok Choy

2 tbsp canola oil, divided

1 large garlic clove, finely sliced

4 scallions, cut into 1″ pieces

2 baby bok choy, roughly chopped

1 tbsp sesame oil

6 large shrimp, deveined, tail on

3-4 tbsp Southeast Asian Sweet Chili Sauté & Dip


  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a pan
  2. Add garlic and scallion and cook for 1 min on medium high heat
  3. Add in bok choy stirring regularly and cook 4-5 mins until slightly wilted but still crunchy
  4. Remove from pan and drizzle with sesame oil
  5. In same pan, heat the remaining canola oil and sear shrimp on both sides for less than a minute each side
  6. Add Sweet Chili and cook for another 1-2 mins stirring regularly to coat
  7. Serve bok choy and shrimp together over a bed of rice
