Gochujang Pork and Onion Stir Fry

1 tbsp oil

½ medium onion, thinly sliced

6 oz pork, thinly sliced

3 tbsp Korean Gochujang Sauté & Marinade


  1. Heat oil on high
  2. Add onions and cook for 3 mins, stirring regularly
  3. Add pork and cook for 2 mins until partially cooked through
  4. Add Gochujang and stir for 2 mins until everything is evenly coated and pork is cooked through
  5. Serve over white rice
